Moved forward since last entry
Back axle is back in all painted and four speed wheel cylinders fitted ,new shoes ,pipes ect.Had to go 10 rounds with poly bushes getting them to fit the body and axle, great fun on a hot day in a lock up garage, NOT !!!
Tappet preload adjusted, took the mixture of 2 kits, inlet manifold on,not sure about bonnet clearance as running a Wild Cat hise rise job. Phil (Chunk) has the same but he has a S & S front frame which sits lower. So fingers crossed ![]()
Exhaust fitted, slight bending here and there required.Which meant riding to work with bits of exhaust cable tied to my bicycle to use the welding bottles at work
Seams to be free of body now.
Fuel pump fitted at rear and new lines routed.
Leaking matrix replaced and fascia left out for wiring. Planning to run wires down inner wings,in amoured platic tube to hide out of the way, well thats the plan!
Until next time, you never know might work out how to post pics one day,got PC full of rebuid!
Cheers John.
