I'm beginning to replace the left front floorpan in the GOVerness. I've removed the sound deadening, which judging by the surface rust on the raised area of floorpan behind the footwell, seems t ohave made things worse. You can see the extent of the rust here.

A hole in the upper bulkhead about where the inner wheelarch curves down. Some kind soul has tried to seal the hole up with black goo, and they've removed most of the rust, but it needs plating. I also broke the washer motor trying to look at the other side of the hole. There seems to be quite a gap between the inner wheelarch and the bulkhead.
