...what went wrong? I found the limitation of the handling of the TR7 in the wet on crap tyres (crap by review of my dad with much more experiance in these things) they were firestone F590's if anyone's wondering - reduce rolling resistance to increase fuel economy - a great idea on the well handling TR7 Well here's the result:

I think the words bend and hedge cover it - ouch... Luckily none of the damage was structural, and after checking various dimentions the car was deamed straight.
